No refunds will be given after the first date of scheduled games (Opening Day) for each particular Sports
Program. No Refunds are given for late fees, donations, decal orders, special requests not honored,
because of team placement, cancellations due to weather, or for a player being removed from a team for Code
Conduct violations by the player or the parents/guardians.
Any request for a refund must be made in writing directly to our Secretary and approved by the President.
Any request for refund that is submitted before Opening Day and if approved should not expect a refund until
after Spring Break (around mid-March) to the end of March. All refunds are made via BYS business

In the event of medical illness or injury prohibiting a registered player form participating in a sports

A refund will be given when an Age Division and/or a certain number of players are canceled by BYS because
low enrollment or other circumstances.
