WHEN A PLAYER TESTS POSITIVE FOR COVID-19
1. Please let us know if your player tests positive for COVID-19
2. If a player tests positive on your team and you have had a practice/game within the previous 72-hours, the additional players in attendance were potentially exposed to COVID-19. All players and families of the team and/or the coach of the opposing team will be notified via email by the coach or league president. (It is assumed that during practice/game, players have been within 6 feet of each other.)
3. Families are to monitor symptoms for 3 days from exposure.
4. If you begin to have symptoms and receive a positive COVID test, please follow-up with your physician and refrain from attending practices/games until you are no longer contagious (per your physician).
